Job summary

Day & Zimmermann Group, Inc. is seeking a Safety Supervisor to support safety programs across multiple power plant and industrial sites in the Tennessee Valley.

The role requires travel between locations (company vehicle provided) and leadership of safety inspections, trainings, and incident investigations to ensure OSHA compliance. Applicants should have 4+ years in industrial/coatings/power generation safety, OSHA 30 or higher, and strong communication and leadership skills.

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $54,000- $154,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of union fringes).
