CBRE is seeking a Safety Supervisor in Ashburn, VA to lead accident prevention efforts and safety programs across projects. You will conduct site inspections, coordinate safety meetings and training, and review hazard analyses to support corrective actions.
The role requires a HS diploma with 2–5 years of construction safety experience, OSHA 30, and STS-C or higher within 90 days. Excellent communication and independent work style are essential.
A Safety Supervisor is a proactive professionalresponsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive accidentprevention efforts and safety programs to ensure a safe working environment.This role involves conducting regular jobsite inspections and audits,coordinating and leading safety meetings and training programs, and reviewingjob hazard analyses. They actively support field personnel in developingcorrective action plans, provide constructive feedback to project leadership forsafety improvements, and coach employees on safe behaviors. Additionally, theSafety Supervisor assists with new employee orientations, supports incidentinvestigations, and facilitates injury/illness cases, while also participatingin regulatory agency inspections to ensure compliance.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Safety Supervisor is $90,000 annually and the maximum of $110,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits:
