Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field; equivalent industrial safety experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum eight years of relevant experience in an industrial work environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, ANSI, NIOSH, EPA, ADEC, and DOT regulations and standards.
• Experience conducting safety inspections, incident investigations, and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Support inspections, training, and regulatory compliance initiatives at the Healy Power Plant and Eva Creek Wind Farm.
• Assist employees, contractors, and leadership to maintain occupational safety standards and incident investigations.
• Support respiratory protection, confined space, LOTO, PPE management, and contractor safety oversight.
• Contribute to regulatory reporting and continuous improvement of health and safety programs.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to promote a strong safety culture and safe operations.
