• Conduct on-going problem-solving based on objective assessment of facts.
• Advise leadership regarding safety risks and controls.
• Identify best equipment, process, and workflow decisions for safety.
• Create performance metrics to measure effectiveness.
• Ensure associates are prepared and trained for their jobs.
• Conduct safety assessments in stores and coach associates.
