Baptist Beaches Protective Services at Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Safety Specialist for a full‑time, day shift. You’ll lead Emergency Management and Safety/Environment of Care programs and oversee Life Safety across our hospital and freestanding ED.

Required are 1–2 years in healthcare, 1–2 years emergency management, a high school diploma, and CHSP/CHEP within 90 days of hire. Background screening will be conducted as part of the process.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years healthcare experience required.
• 1–2 years emergency management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to the team and manage day‑to‑day EMS and safety programs.
