• Proactively implement PDCA cycles to reduce hazards and injuries.
• Collaborate with leaders and safety committees to foster a strong safety culture.

Role Overview: The Safety Specialist applies scientific and practical knowledge to innovate, design, and improve safety systems, processes, equipment, and tools, ensuring alignment with operational goals and promoting safety excellence.
