Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Safety Specialist to support site safety at a Kokomo, Indiana manufacturing site. The role involves hands-on incident investigations, root cause analysis, and training for contractors and employees, with a focus on strengthening the overall safety culture.

Preferred bilingual Korean/English capabilities and strong project management to drive safety initiatives from start to finish, partnering with site leadership and workers to identify risks and implement corrective

Qualifications

• Experience conducting incident investigations in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong RCA skills with ability to translate findings into corrective actions.
• Experience developing and/or delivering safety trainings to contractors and employees.

This candidate will play a hands-on role in supporting site safety through incident investigations, root cause analysis, employee and contractor training, and project-based safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing background and be comfortable working directly with employees and contractors to identify risks, drive corrective actions, and strengthen the overall safety culture. Bilingual Korean/English capabilities are highly preferred.

Skills and Requirements

• Safety experience within a manufacturing environment (bachelors degree preferred)
• Hands-on incident investigation experience
• Strong root cause analysis (RCA) skills
• Experience developing and/or conducting safety trainings
• Ability to train both contractors and internal employeesStrong project management skills with the ability to manage safety initiatives from start to finish
