Qualifications

• OSHA 500 Certification is required.
• Experience in utility construction safety.
• Knowledge of OSHA 1926 Construction Standards and OSHA 1910 General Industry Standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Lead investigations of incidents and perform root cause analyses.
• Develop hazard analyses and safety plans for projects.
• Deliver safety training to field staff and subcontractors.
• Partner with operations leadership to mitigate risk and maintain regulatory compliance.

This individual will serve as a key safety partner to field operations, driving compliance, promoting safety ownership, and ensuring a strong safety culture across multiple construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep construction safety expertise, experience supporting utility infrastructure work, and the ability to develop and implement proactive safety programs. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, leading incident investigations, developing hazard analyses and safety plans, delivering training, and partnering with operations leadership to mitigate risk and maintain regulatory compliance. Required Skills & Experience

• - OSHA 500 Certification (Required)
