Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Maintenance Safety Specialist for the Greater Cincinnati area. The role focuses on promoting a strong safety culture, conducting audits, and ensuring OSHA compliance across manufacturing operations.

Ideal candidates have 2-3+ years of safety experience and certifications such as CSP/ASP or OSHA 30. The position offers a base salary of $65,000–$80,000 plus comprehensive benefits and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Support OSHA compliance, LOTO, machine guarding, contractor safety, and high-risk work programs.
• Deliver safety training and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams on safety initiatives.
• Utilize safety software and computer-based reporting systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of safety experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or construction environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and safety management systems.
• CSP or ASP certification preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus.

Compensation:
