Responsibilities include planning, evaluating, and continuously improving safe construction practices and fostering a collaborative, safety‑driven project culture acrossBoldt projects. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in OH&S and at least 1 year of safety experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field required.
• At least 1 year of experience in construction/industrial safety.
• First aid and/or CPR certification preferred.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all required internal and external reporting obligations are met, including monthly safety metrics reporting.
• Lead planning, evaluation, and continuous improvement of safe construction methods.
• Foster a collaborative project culture and a safe working environment on site.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $66,000 to $93,000. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Construction management or other related field required. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• At least one year experience in construction and/or industrial safety required.
• First aid and/or CPR certification preferred.

Nice to Have
