The role supports the Safety Director, conducts incident investigations, develops corrective actions, and provides site-level safety training. Travel to local sites is required, with a pay range of $55–$60 per hour.

Qualifications

• CHST BCSP Certification required
• OSHA 510 Certification required
• Minimum 5 years of construction or maintenance safety experience
• OSHA 10-hour within 30 days of starting
• NFPA 70E and LOTO competency
• Mental Health First Aid Training
• First Aid, Narcan, Bloodborne Pathogens, CPR, and AED training
• Strong communication skills
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Assist the Safety Director with oversight and implementation of safety processes on the jobsite.
• Respond, oversee, and facilitate injury management and incident investigations and communication on the jobsite.
• Develop, implement, and manage the Company's safety policies and programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety laws.
• Provide oversight for service HSE activities.
• Lead, coach, and mentor field personnel; provide technical safety guidance.
• Collaborate with managers to maintain a strong safety culture.
• Coordinate with the customer and site GC to ensure standards compliance.
• Provide safety training at the site level as needed.
• Perform frequent safety inspections and audits at the job site.
• Conduct incident investigations and develop corrective actions.
• Drive cultural change to improve safety performance.
• Schedule, facilitate, and track safety training for regulatory compliance.
• Interface with regulatory agencies on environmental protection concerns.
