Job summary

Performance Contracting Group in Boise, ID is seeking an experienced Site Safety Engineer for its PCI Boise operations. You will implement and administer safety plans, conduct inspections, and serve as liaison with clients.

The role requires 3+ years in construction safety and a Bachelor’s degree in OH&S or related field; OSHA knowledge and strong communication are essential. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in construction safety.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Strong reading of specifications and drawings; excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing and administering PCG and client accident prevention plans, policies, and procedures.
• Provide safety technical expertise, training, and resources to the branch and workers.
• Identify and mitigate safety and health hazards; conduct site inspections and audits.
• Promote and enforce safe work practices through coaching and engagement.
• Investigate and report injuries and near-misses; enforce corrective actions.
