Job summary

Safety Management Group, LLC seeks a Safety Advisor – Construction in Boise, Idaho to lead safety on a semiconductor project. The role emphasizes site observations, reporting, hazard analysis, and collaboration with mechanical crews to uphold safety standards.

You will conduct orientations, manage incidents, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations, with regular meetings and documentation across the site. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of construction safety experience.
• BSCP/CSP/CHST/STSC certifications preferred.
• OSHA 510 and OSHA 30-hour Construction certifications.
• First-aid/CPR certification from Red Cross or AHA.

Responsibilities

• Site safety observations and documentation of findings.
• Create reports, run safety metrics, and use safety software.
• Conduct Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).
• Represent the contractor in progress meetings.
• Verify compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct New Hire Orientations and safety meetings.
• Provide incident management and support.
• Documentation and report preparation.
• Conduct contractor program reviews.
