Newrest is seeking a Shift Security Lead at the Bush Intercontinental Airport Kitchen Facility. The role supervises the delivery of security services on a specific shift, monitors access, conducts patrols, and enforces procedures in a fast-paced airport catering environment.

The successful candidate will coordinate with site leadership, ensure compliance with HACCP/GMP standards, and maintain professional reporting and safety practices in daily operations.

• Monitor facility access and observe/audit activity with detailed reporting.
• Respond rapidly and professionally to incidents on site.
• Enforce Newrest procedures, regulations and standards.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment and prevent injuries.

Job description

The Shift Security Lead will supervise andcoordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at the BushIntercontinental Airport Kitchen Facility. The Security Lead Agent will monitorfacility access, conduct routine patrols, enforce security procedures, andrespond appropriately to incidents while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced airport catering environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• TheSecurity Shift Lead will act as a liaison between site Lead, Manager / FieldOperations Manager, and professional security officers.
• Thisposition requires the officer to be standing or walking outdoors for theduration of their shift
• Excellentcustomer service is always your top priority.
• Youobserve, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at the facility
• Youprovide rapid response in critical situations.
• You’regood with reading and writing detailed reports.
• Youknow when and how to enforce Newrest procedures, regulations and standards.
• Performother duties as assigned.
• Ensurecompliance with all applicable requirements related to product and servicequality, environmental standards, food safety, and health and safetyregulations.
• Promotea safe and healthy work environment by preventing work-related injuries andillnesses, eliminating hazards, and reducing health and safety risks.
• Compliancewith Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)/General manufacturingpractices (GMP) guidelines for personal hygiene and observe securityprecautions as mandated by unit management.
