Bechtel Global Corporation in Pecos, TX seeks a Safety Services Lead to implement and administer the ESH program on a large gas-fired project. The role involves coordinating safety and health activities on site and in the field, with reporting to the Deputy ESH Manager.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 8–14 years of relevant experience, plus knowledge of ISO 45001 standards. It entails long-term camp assignments and field work under varying weather conditions.

In response to this market trend, the Renewables & Clean Power (R&CP) team have signed an early works contract to build one of the largest gas fired power generation facilities in the U.S.
This project is of significant scale and complexity, and our team is helping the customer progress early-stage development, that would lead to the start of full EPC delivery this year.
The successful candidate will mobilize on a long-term (camp) assignment to Pecos, Texas. This position is contingent upon project award.
The Safety Services Lead helps implement and ensure compliance with the Safety and Health components of an Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) program. This involves administrative and field tasks per established industry practices, procedures, and regulatory and Bechtel requirements. The position requires practical application of occupational safety and related disciplines for managing safety and health aspects of a project or facility. The position reports to the Deputy ESH Manager.
Requires bachelor·s degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
