Job summary

SGS Consulting in Austin, TX is seeking a Security Systems Administrator to manage emergency alert, CCTV, and access systems, including badge readers, for employees and contractors.

You will process new hires, update badge templates and access, maintain records, investigate incidents using camera software and access logs, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth access for staff, contractors, and visitors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience required.
• Experience managing CCTV, Access Control, and Parking Registration programs as instructed.
• Experience with BRIVO, DNA Fusion, and S2 Access Control systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update emergency alert, camera, and access systems including badge readers.
• Process new hires and ensure proper badge templates and access assignments.
• Update badge templates and access for current employees as needed.
• Maintain records of processing, termination, rehires, extensions.
