Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Safety & Security Ops Supervisor to help provide Owners and guests with safe experiences and memorable vacation moments in a friendly, supportive environment.

This role involves patrolling the property, conducting drills, monitoring CCTV and alarms, controlling access, supervising security associates, and assisting during emergencies while upholding Marriott standards.

Responsabilidades

• Patrol all areas of the property; secure rooms; assist guests with room access.
• Conduct emergency response drills, conduct physical hazard/safety inspections, investigations, interviews, and key control audits.
• Monitor closed-circuit televisions and alarm systems.
• Authorize, monitor, and document access to secured areas.
• Assist Owners/guests/associates during emergency situations.
• Supervise the Safety & Security associates.
• Oversee OSHA & FLS violations to mitigate risks throughout the property.

Typical Day and Responsibilities

To Become a Safety & Security Ops Supervisor at MVW

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 50lbs without assistance.
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
