Job summary

The Westin Nanea Ocean Villas in Lahaina, HI, seeks a Safety & Security Ops Supervisor to safeguard guests, owners, and associates. You will patrol the property, secure rooms, and assist with guest access while coordinating emergency response drills and safety inspections.

This role leads the Safety & Security team, monitors CCTV and alarm systems, and enforces safety policies. Hawaii State Guard Card and a clean driving record are required; overnight shifts, holidays, and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Hawaii State Guard Card.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving history.
• Must be available for 3rd shift (overnight), holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property; secure rooms; assist guests with room access.
• Conduct emergency response drills, safety inspections, investigations, interviews, and key control audits.
• Monitor closed-circuit television and alarm systems; authorize, monitor, and document access to secured areas.
• Supervise Safety & Security associates.
