Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Club (HVC) is seeking a Safety & Security Officer to help provide memorable experiences for Owners and guests while upholding safety standards across the property. The role includes patrolling sites, responding to incidents, and assisting with access control, all within a supportive, inclusive environment.

A valid driver’s license is required, and weekend/holiday availability is needed to cover shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Full-time position; 1st/2nd shifts.

Responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property by foot or vehicle using specified equipment.
• Administer first aid/CPR to Owner/guests or associates as required.
• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm systems, and duress alarms; respond to incidents.
• Ensure Owner/guest and meeting rooms are secure and assist with access.
• Handle lost and found items and maintain logs.
• Greet guests professionally and uphold safety procedures.
