Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Safety & Security Officer to safeguard guests and associates across the property and support an exceptional guest experience. You will patrol, monitor life-safety systems, respond to incidents, and ensure access control while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Patrols all areas of the property by foot or vehicle using specified equipment.
• Administers first aid/CPR to Owner/guests or associates as required.
• Monitors CCTV, perimeter alarm systems, duress alarms, and fire life safety systems.
• Responds to the scene of Owner/guest or associate accidents and determine if emergency aid is required.
• Utilizes computer systems and answers the phone using proper telephone etiquette.
• Oversee OSHA & FLS violations to mitigate risks throughout the property.
• Welcomes and greets guests and anticipates their needs, and follows safety procedures.

• Contribute to guest experience and company standards; follow policies and safety procedures.
