Responsibilities

• Patrol Patricia K building grounds and entry points.
• Respond to disruptive persons using de-escalation techniques.
• Provide on-site stand-by or escort services for tenants.
• Report conduct issues to the Director of Housing and Property Manager.
• Coordinate with local authorities and safety/law enforcement.
• Involvement in emergency preparedness, drills, and risk assessments.
• Report and document incidents using standard processes.
• General cleaning duties when time allows.
• Other duties as assigned.

The shift for this role would be as follows:Monday-Thursday, 8:00PM-6:00AM (1.0 FTE)Our Safety & Security Liaison(s) are responsible for preparing for and responding to incidents that involve tenants and visitors to our Patricia K. building. There is special emphasis on challenges related to severe and persistent mental illness and substance use disorders, that impact the safety and security of tenants at the site. You primarily work with another Safety and Security Liaison during 6 hours of a 10-hour shift.
