Pet Food Experts in Denver, PA seeks a safety and regulatory leader to oversee safety, security, and compliance at our distribution center. You will drive OSHA, FDA, and food-safety programs to protect people and products.

Lead audits, trainings, and regulatory records; partner with leadership on best practices and security measures. On-site, 40–50 hours weekly, with a competitive 70,000–80,000 DOE compensation and robust benefits.

Formación

• 3+ years experience in safety, compliance, and/or food safety.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; OSHA/Food Safety certifications a plus.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, FDA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
• Training, auditing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
• Ability to travel 10–20%.

• Oversee and support on-site physical security practices, including access control, visitor management, security procedures, facility security assessments, and response to security-related incidents.
• Partner with site leadership and external security providers, as needed, to identify security risks and implement appropriate measures to protect employees, facilities, inventory, equipment, and other company assets.

What You'll Do:

We’re looking for a detail-driven leader to oversee all aspects of safety, security, and regulatory compliance at our distribution center in Denver, PA. This role ensures our people, products, and facilities meet the highest standards for OSHA, FDA, food safety, and environmental regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Background in Transportation Management (camera systems), Occupational Health/Safety (OSHA), and Food Safety (FDA).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; certifications in OSHA/Food Safety a plus.
• 3+ years’ experience in safety, compliance, and/or food safety (distribution or manufacturing preferred).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, FDA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
• Skilled in training, auditing, and working cross-functionally.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to travel 10–20%.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, onsite in Denver, PA. The schedule may vary depending on the needs of the warehouse. (40-50 hours per week)

Compensation:

70,000-80,000 per year DOE
