Dollar Tree Distribution Center in Arizona is seeking a Safety, Sanitation, and Compliance Manager to lead safety, health, and sanitation programs across multiple shifts and ensure OSHA/EPA/FDA compliance.

The role requires 5–7 years of safety leadership, a related bachelor’s degree, and hands-on experience managing sanitation, training, and regulatory programs. The position includes a competitive salary and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of safety/health management experience or related degree.
• Experience in industrial operations with a strong safety track record.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, FDA, and warehouse sanitation requirements.
• HP compliance certifications and safety program administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sanitation, deep cleaning, and training for a team across multiple shifts.
• Manage department payroll budget and sanitation schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors for sanitation and pest control services.
• Partner with operations on safe disposal of hazardous materials and environmental compliance initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date SOP documentation and educate teams on safety requirements.
• Ensure completion and maintenance of safety and health programs (Lockout/Tagout, Hazard Communication).
• Serve as IIPP administrator and ensure regulatory compliance.
