What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide onsite and virtual safety and risk management consultation services to clients
- Assess client needs and develop tailored safety and risk prevention programs
- Create action plans for safety and risk management services, visiting clients multiple times per year
- Conduct loss control surveys and evaluate the effectiveness of clients' hazard controls
- Develop and deliver training on workplace safety topics to clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a loss control consultant or equivalent related experience
- Valid safety designation such as COSS, COHST, ARM, CRM, ASP, or CSP
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and internet research skills
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have continuous access to a reliable vehicle

- Active membership in the American Society of Safety Professionals or a similar organization
- Experience in data analytics and AI use in risk prediction and mitigation
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
