This is a full-time, on-site role as a Safety Representative at Prime Safety Management LLC in Midland, TX, supporting a facility operator within the oil and gas and power generation industries.

The Safety Representative will be responsible for conducting program safety training and field safety audits. The candidate must be well-versed in basic computer software applications and safety inspection software. A minimum of 5+ years of OSHA 1910 General Industry safety experience within the petrochemical, oil and gas refining, electrical power generation, or similar industries is required.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in OSHA 1910 general industry safety, preferably from petrochemical, oil and gas refinery, electrical power generation, or similar energy facilities.
• Full-time professional experience as a safety professional, safety facilitator, safety manager, or similar role.
• BCSP certifications or a BS in safety are strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Must be physically fit and able.
• Compensation: DOE and qualifications.
• Schedule: 40 hours per week.
• Local candidates strongly preferred; per diem not available.
• Vehicle assistance and PTO are provided.
