The hourly salary range for this position is $45.00–$50.00, determined based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.

This Safety Representative II plays a critical role in supporting safe and compliant operations across the organization. The position is responsible for conducting field observations, leading safety discussions, verifying policy compliance, and reinforcing expectations among distribution line crews. It serves as a key resource to field personnel and leadership in promoting hazard recognition, risk mitigation, and incident prevention.
