Job summary

Delta Computer Consulting seeks a detail-oriented Safety QA/QC Data Analyst to support the Safety Management System QA/QC team with data, field verifications, conformance checks, corrective actions, reporting, and audits.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in safety, QA/QC, compliance, or data analytics, with strong Excel skills and experience coordinating across operating units. This hybrid role is onsite in Chino, CA two days weekly and sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience supporting safety, QA/QC, compliance, audit, data analysis, project coordination, or operational reporting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret QA/QC and program data
• Experience managing trackers, dashboards, action items, milestones, and status reporting
• Ability to identify patterns, gaps, inconsistencies, and follow-up needs
• Experience reviewing documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, owners, deadlines, and competing priorities
• Experience translating data into clear summaries and reports
• Strong organizational, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with incomplete or evolving information
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams or multiple business/Operating Units
• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Quality Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, EHS, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered

Responsibilities

• Track and validate Safety Management System QA/QC data across multiple Operating Units
• Maintain trackers and dashboards for field verifications, conformance checks, corrective actions, and implementation milestones
• Monitor open action items, owners, due dates, status updates, and follow-up requirements
• Review submitted documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, inconsistencies, and potential risks
• Compile routine status summaries and translate data into clear, actionable reporting
• Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain missing information and resolve data gaps
• Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation and records
• Support continuous improvement efforts across safety programs and workstreams
• Use Excel and Microsoft 365 tools to analyze, organize, track, and communicate program information

Position Summary

The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of experience supporting safety, QA/QC, compliance, audit, data analysis, or operational reporting. This role requires strong Excel and analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, gaps, inconsistencies, and follow-up needs while coordinating across multiple Operating Units and stakeholders.

What This Person Will Be Working On
