Job summary

APR Consulting is seeking a Safety QA/QC Analyst in Chino, CA on a hybrid schedule (onsite two days per week, Tue or Thu). You will support the Safety Management System QA/QC team by tracking, validating, and maintaining program data related to field verification activities and corrective actions.

The role requires 3–5 years of QA/QC or safety experience, strong Excel and MS 365 skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple units to ensure audit readiness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in safety, QA/QC, compliance, audit, analytics, or operational reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with ability to interpret QA/QC data and track multiple workstreams.
• Detail-oriented; comfortable with trackers, dashboards, and cross-functional information.
• Ability to translate data into clear summaries and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Experience coordinating with multiple operating units to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support the Safety Management System QA/QC team by tracking, validating, and maintaining program data.
• Update trackers and dashboards, monitor open action items, and compile routine status summaries.
