Responsibilities
- Lead team members in the preparation and review of regulatory reporting packages quarterly and annually in accordance with the requirements of regulatory bodies.
- Implement sound controls and processes to adequately support regulatory reporting requirements.
- Support team members through the preparation of supporting schedules and addressing complex technical questions for audits performed by external and internal auditors, as well as regulators.
- Lead team members in the preparation and submission of all financial reports to regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with various accounting and operational groups to obtain required information.
- Perform adequate planning and manage conflicting priorities to meet deadlines.
- Review and oversee the work of team members in the compilation of information related to quarterly financial reporting for global reporting and for annual audited financial statements.
- Support the Safety Management System QA/QC team by tracking, validating, and maintaining program data related to field verification activities, conformance checks, corrective actions, and implementation milestones.
- Update trackers and dashboards, monitoring open action items and follow-up needs.
- Review submitted documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Compile routine status summaries and coordinate with stakeholders to obtain missing information.
- Maintain organized records to support audit readiness and continuous improvement.

Qualification And Education
- Bachelor s degree in Safety, Quality Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent work experience supporting safety, quality, compliance, audit, analytics, or operational programs may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Typically possesses ten or more combined experience performing or supervising function.
