Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Five years of safety-related services experience.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must pass JAMHI auto insurance screening.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement organization-wide safety programs, policies, and procedures across all JAMHI sites.
• Create safety standards, SOPs, training programs, and emergency preparedness initiatives.
• Coordinate staff training and support accreditation and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Foster a culture of safety and readiness across the organization.
• Collaborate with leadership and operations to ensure preparedness and regulatory compliance.
