Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a safety coordinator or similar role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Plan health and safety program protocols.
• Coordinate and lead safety training sessions for all employees.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and local laws.
• Analyze health and safety data and maintain OSHA logs.
• Investigate accidents and incidents; recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with HR on workers’ compensation data and safety metrics.
• Monitor PPE availability and conduct safety drills.
• Perform regular safety inspections and audits at all locations.
