Qualifications

• Knowledge of organizing and conducting a well‑rounded safety program.
• Familiarity with OSHA and state/federal safety regulations and safety education methods.
• Ability to develop training materials and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and evaluating safety goals and standards.
• Inspect offices, worksites, and equipment for compliance with safety laws and practices.
• Investigate accidents, analyze causes, and propose preventive actions.
• Develop safety education programs and provide on‑site or classroom training.
• Prepare reports, analyze statistics, and disseminate safety information.
• Coordinate recognition programs for safety achievements and supervise staff if applicable.
