Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 2+ years of safety experience.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and root cause analysis.
• Strong communication and coaching skills with a high floor presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and roll out safety SOPs across assigned facilities.
• Conduct safety audits and hazard identification activities.
• Partner with Operations and HR for sustainable safety improvements.
• Lead safety event investigations and maintain documentation.
