Job summary

A leading home furnishings retailer is seeking a Safety Coordinator for its Arlington, TX distribution center. The Safety Coordinator will lead safety initiatives, develop SOPs, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. This onsite role requires strong communication skills and a background in safety or warehouse environments. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, with a focus on training and data analysis to promote safety improvements across facilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments with defined safety responsibilities.
• Experience developing SOPs or training content.
• PIT trainer or PIT operator experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and rollout of safety SOPs across assigned facilities.
• Deliver engaging safety training and conduct safety audits.
• Analyze safety data and incident trends to identify risks.
