Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of directly related experience in operations and safety.
• Proven analytical and leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, USDA and EPA regulations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Foster a “safety first” culture with strict adherence to ramp and employee safety processes.
• Develop and implement training programs on SOPs and safety culture.
• Design and implement safety programs promoting ownership of Safety and safe behavior.
• Partner with CSC Leadership on OSHA, FAA, EPA, DOT and state agencies.
• Conduct monthly safety meetings.
• Coordinate and ensure accident investigations with corrective actions.
• Partner with CSC leadership to ensure audit readiness.
• Oversee Workers' Compensation processes at the CSC.
• Ensure compliance of CSC security procedures and airport badge requirements.
