Job summary

Radius Recycling is seeking a Safety Supervisor in Fort Worth, TX to partner with store leadership to enforce safety and environmental policies while guiding onboarding and mentoring of new hires. The role focuses on building trust and strong working relationships with employees and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business or related field.
• Strong safety mindset and compliance with policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Leadership to ensure store safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• New hire onboarding and mentoring.
• Drive safety performance through education and training.
• Follows safety policy and leads by example for the rest of the employees.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are communicated and implemented at the store level.
• Prepares safety reports for the Regional Director and administrative office.
• Partner with internal corporate support resources to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations to achieve results.
• Follows company policy and procedures and leads by example for the rest of the employees.
• Assist store leadership with administrative and safety tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
