Novalarm Systems Inc is seeking a temporary Safety Observer in Leominster, Massachusetts. This position involves ensuring safe installation practices for low voltage systems and monitoring scissor lift operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong observational skills, a high school diploma, and the ability to follow safety regulations. Full-time availability is required, with some weekend and overnight hours. A cell phone stipend and paid training will be provided.

Travel Requirement: up to 100% travel to job sites in MA and in surrounding states

Novalarm Systems Inc is seeking a temporary Safety Observer to add to our rapidly expanding team. The Safety Observer is responsible for supporting Novalarm Systems Inc.'s Project team in ensuring the safe installation of low voltage systems and subsystems across commercial, industrial and residential clients. The Safety Observer acts as a second pair of eyes and ears for the licensed Systems Technicians and/or Journeyman Electricians on and around the construction site.
This role primarily operates on 2nd and 3rd shift schedules and includes an additional shift differential for hours worked during those times.
