Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, business operations, data science, or a related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Finance or technical field.

Responsibilities

• Metric governance and foundations for safety metrics, including definitions and lineage.
• Lead data quality and measurement integrity with cross-functional partners.
• Guide analytical investigations and translate insights for senior leaders.
• Define AI-enabled insights and scalable workflows to accelerate analytics.
• Enable safety operations with trusted metrics, dashboards, and resources.
• Ensure rigorous external and internal reporting with a clear methodology.
