Job summary

ESFM, the corporate facilities management division of Compass Group USA, seeks a Safety Manufacturing Manager in Florence, KY. You will reduce claims and lost time injuries by delivering safety and workers' compensation support across local units, including training, site visits, policy implementation, measurement, and compliant communications.

You will lead safety programs, conduct routine meetings, and ensure OSHA and client standards are met while coordinating with risk management and clients

Qualifications

• Experience implementing occupational health and safety programs.
• Ability to conduct investigations and evaluations of cost and risk.
• Experience ensuring OSHA, DOT and EPA compliance.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 40% to conduct site visits and training.
• Inspect facilities for OSHA and client standards compliance.
• Develop and administer loss prevention and safety programs.
• Provide safety training to managers and distribute safety materials.
• Prepare monthly status reports and incident investigations.
• Monitor workers' compensation trends and return-to-work strategies.
• Ensure proper documentation and regulatory compliance.
