Job summary

ESFM is seeking a Safety Manufacturing Manager in Florence, KY to reduce claims and injuries by delivering safety and workers’ compensation support across client sites.

The role includes training, site visits, policy implementation, measurement, and compliant administration. It involves regular reporting, conducting inspections, and collaborating with leaders to sustain a safe, compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• Experience implementing occupational health and safety programs.
• Ability to conduct investigations and evaluations and assess cost and risk factors.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Reduce claims and lost time injuries through safety and workers' compensation support.
• Provide training, site visits, and policy implementation with measurement and compliance.
• Travel up to 40% to client sites.
• Ensure OSHA and other standards compliance through facility inspection.
• Develop and administer loss prevention and control programs.
• Report monthly status to local management and clients.
