Job summary

Diversified Safety Services, LLC. is seeking an experienced Site Safety Manager to support a data center project in East Wenatchee, WA. Located on-site, the role drives a culture of safety, ensures compliance, and leads safety programs on a high-visibility project.

The candidate will have 5+ years of construction safety experience, OSHA 30, and First Aid/ CPR/ AED certification, with GC data center experience. Strong reporting, leadership, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of OSHA guidelines, regulations, and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Champion Safety Culture: Prepare and enforce health and safety policies that build a safe, proactive jobsite environment.
• Lead Safety Programs: Design and implement safety programs, plans, and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs).
• Monitor & Report: Track safety compliance, document findings, and communicate updates.
• Identify & Solve Hazards: Spot risks early, recommend solutions, and ensure preventive measures are put in place.
• Drive Engagement: Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and training sessions to keep teams engaged and aligned.
• Stay Present & Involved: Maintain regular on-site presence, participate in project meetings, and provide proactive safety guidance.
• Ensure Compliance: Verify that all work follows approved manuals, internal procedures, and contract requirements.
• Maintain Documentation: Keep accurate logs of inspections, reports, and safety correspondence.
• Oversee Site Activity: Supervise subcontractors and contractors to ensure work meets EHS requirements.
• Investigate & Improve: Conduct investigations for accidents, incidents, and near misses; follow through on corrective actions.
• Enforce Standards: Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures at all times.
• Support the Project: Contribute to additional safety initiatives and requirements as needed.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Professional presence on-site and ability to lead teams through incidents or emergencies with composure.
