Tradewinds Support Partners, LLC in Sterling, VA is seeking a Safety Manager (CHST) to advance into a Safety Management role. You will support daily safety operations and field activities.

Responsibilities include conducting safety observations, inspections, and audits; assisting with incident investigations and corrective actions; building strong relationships with project teams; and delivering safety meetings and training to ensure OSHA compliance and company standards.

Qualifications

• Active CHST certification required.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required.
• 3–5 years construction safety experience, preferably in data centers.
