Sheakley is seeking a Field Safety Representative to serve as the contractor's on-site safety advocate for a data center construction project in New Albany, OH. The role requires a self-motivated, proactive safety professional with OSHA 30 and at least 2 years in construction safety.

You will provide day-to-day field safety oversight, maintain a strong field presence, and address hazards proactively while coordinating with supervisors and subcontractors to reinforce safe work practices.

Formación

• OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Identify hazards and address safety concerns proactively.
• Work with supervisors, subcontractors, craft personnel, and project leadership.
• Reinforce safe work practices with field personnel.
• Support compliance with OSHA and project safety requirements.
• Communicate safety concerns clearly and professionally.
• Work independently while maintaining accountability for field safety responsibilities.

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 8+ Weeks
Type: 1099 Contractor

Compensation & Schedule

Pay Rate: $45-$50/hr
Per Diem: $125/Day | 7 Days Per Week
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8 or 10-Hour Days | Day Shift
Weekly Project Hours: Approximately 40-50 Hours Per Week
