Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking a Safety Manager for a long-term traveling role across Kentucky. You will lead safety on a flagship hyperscale data center project, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and embedding safety into day-to-day delivery.

The position requires independent work, strong communication with field leadership, and travel across the region. The ideal candidate has 5-7+ years in construction safety, OSHA 30+ certification, and a proactive approach to improving safety culture

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 or higher certification required.
• Willingness to travel across Kentucky and work independently.

Are you a Safety Manager, Construction Safety Manager or HSE Manager looking for a long-term, traveling role across Kentucky where you can take real ownership of site safety on a flagship hyperscale data center project? Do you want to join an established electrical contractor delivering mission-critical work, where safety is a priority and you’ll be empowered to drive best-in-class standards on site?

On offer is a high-impact position on a major hyperscale data center build (multi-year project, large electrical scope), where you will lead from the front, work closely with operations, and play a key part in embedding safety into day-to-day delivery.

This company are a well-established electrical contractor working on large-scale industrial and mission-critical construction projects. Due to winning a new hyperscale data center project in Kentucky, they are now looking to add an experienced Safety Manager to support the full project lifecycle.

In this role you will be traveling in Kentucky, ensuring compliance with safety legislation and OSHA standards, driving engagement with site teams, deliver inspections, audits, planning and continuous improvement.

This role would suit a Safety Manager with strong construction experience who can work independently, communicate confidently with field leadership, and wants a long-term project where they can make a visible impact on standards and culture.

The Role:
