Sheakley Workforce Staffing seeks a hands-on Safety Manager to oversee safety programs across two manufacturing facilities in Goodwater and Eclectic, AL. You will drive incident investigations, lead a safety team, and ensure compliance with OSHA 1910 and internal standards.

Salary: $110,000 - $115,000 Annually

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Approximately 40 Hours Per Week
Additional Schedule Details: Occasional interaction with 2nd shift operations, typically once per month. Minimal overnight travel required for training, conferences, and periodic cross-training at the Texas facility.
