SAFETY MANAGER

iBUILT Group is searching for an experienced Safety Manager to join our team in Berwick. The Safety Manager will be responsible for identifying hazards, executing safety programs, and establishing policies that create and maintain a safe workplace that meets all legal expectations.

Essential Job Functions

• Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace in accordance with legal guidelines.
• Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety.
• Conduct risk assessments and frequent safety inspections.
• Train all employees in health and safety procedures.
• Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Develop correct procedures for reporting accidents and responding to safety complaints.
• Take responsibility for first aid and emergency procedures.

Core Competencies

• Deep understanding of legal health and safety guidelines.
• Ability to produce reports and develop relevant policies.
• Strong data analysis and risk assessment skills.
