Job summary

Sustainable Beef in North Platte, NE is seeking a Safety & Maintenance Trainer to design and deliver training that builds a safer, more skilled workforce in a beef processing environment.

You will develop programs for maintenance fundamentals and equipment-specific procedures, conduct classroom and on-the-floor sessions, and work with HR, Safety and Operations to drive continuous improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial safety, training, or maintenance roles.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations.
• Experience in training program development and delivery; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver safety and maintenance training programs.
• Lead classroom, hands-on, and on-the-floor coaching for staff.
• Maintain training records and support audits and inspections.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, HR and safety teams.
