You will troubleshoot electrical systems and PLCs, document inspections, and support training on safety procedures.

The position requires 5+ years electrical maintenance experience, with strong knowledge of OSHA/NFPA standards and a hands-on approach to maintenance in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; trade/technical schooling is a plus.
• 5+ years electrical maintenance experience.
• 2+ years preventive maintenance experience.
• 2+ years manufacturing environment experience desirable.
• Experience troubleshooting PLC-based control systems desired.
• Strong background in electrical troubleshooting recommended.
• Proficient in inspection and test equipment use.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• CPR or First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct safety inspections anywhere in the plant with minimal supervision.
• Lead weekly safety briefings with plant employees.
• Perform risk analyses on equipment and processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis on near misses or injuries.
• Coordinate training on Chart procedures and safety rules.
• Operate gauges, calipers, and measuring devices.
• Maintain complete inspection and test documentation per standards.
