Mesilla Valley Transportation in El Paso, TX is seeking a Safety Lanes Inspector to perform general inspections on commercial trucks and tractors, including tire pressure and safety feature checks. Shifts include 2nd shift (6pm–6am) and 3rd shift (8pm–4:30am), with days varying.

The role requires attention to detail, patience, and a basic mechanical understanding, plus a willingness to perform minor repairs and maintain a clean bay area. Full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–6 months related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Tools set is required.

The Safety Lane Inspector must have patience, an understanding of mechanics, and an eye for detail.

Available Schedules:

• 2nd shift- 6pm-6am (days vary)

• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• One to six months related experience (preferred) and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Set of tools are required.
