Job summary

Goodfellow Bros. is offering a Safety Intern position for summer 2027 in California locations, including Livermore. You will assist with the safety program, recordkeeping, incident reporting, and support safety staff under supervision.

Qualifications include pursuing a bachelor’s degree in safety or related field, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel. The program includes 12 weeks of paid internship, with hourly pay between $20 and $28 and benefits for eligible interns.

Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in safety, business, or related major.
• Must have the legal right to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Reporting and tracking orientations, training, audits, incident reports, and other related documents.
• Assists in reporting incidents/accidents, investigations, root cause analysis and submitting reports as required.
• Liaising with safety personnel for investigations, medical and other reports.
• Coordinating safety events as directed by the safety manager or division president.
• Support staff in assigned project-based work.
• Support published corporate policies.
